Kid’s Play Areas at home

Many families care about their kid’s room, they start filling it with different pieces of furniture and storing wardrobes and other stuff, but the question is: Does it really look like kids play area there?

You can see how the furniture is not allowing kids using the toys and set to read books. Props for pretend play are not possible here.

I’ve been in a few homes with play areas for children that look something like this:

In the second case, everything is within reach of the children: books, toys, and whatever other goodies are stored. There’s lot of open space on the floor for children to use. You can just imagine what kids will do with all that stuff and space.

When you create a children’s play area, set it up with children in mind, not adults!
